Signs of spring are popping everywhere. Crocus and Jonquils are blooming in my yard, the lilacs and dogwoods are budding. Soon, March madness will take over the Tidal Basin. By that, I mean the Cherry Blossoms, and I will be one of the fevered camera jockies.
